Sharpening
What people actually use always differs from what they asked for. That is not a criticism, it is how it works: only once something exists do you know whether it fits.
So in this phase we look at behaviour rather than at the wish list. Which screens get used, where nobody clicks, where people drop out halfway.
What we do
Runs alongside the building; a fixed share of every sprint.
- Watch actual usage: which screens run and which do not.
- Speak to the floor again, now with the screen next to them.
- Sharpen what gets used a lot and cut what sits idle.
- Tackle speed where it genuinely gets in the way.
- Reorder the wish list with what we now know.
What you get
- Figures on real usage, not on intent.
- An updated list with the things nobody misses removed.
- Changes that keep running in the same sprint rhythm.
What we need from you
- Permission to measure usage anonymously.
- A few users willing to say honestly what does not work.
- The willingness to drop things that just went in.
