Ask your question, and you will know.
There is no call centre here and no account manager who has to check internally, but someone who builds. They can tell you straight away whether it can be done, roughly what it costs and when we could start. And if we do not know the answer, we say so.

Something on your mind?
Write down what it is about. You will hear back within a working day, from someone who builds.
It is noted.
You will hear from us within one working day, on whichever way you left.
Your details stay with us: no newsletter, no reselling.
What you can expect.
Getting in touch with a software company often feels like the start of a process you cannot get out of. With us it is a conversation, and afterwards you know more than you did before.
-
You speak to someone who builds
Serge or Aaron replies. Not a go-between taking notes to come back to you, but someone who can answer your technical question.
-
The first conversation is free
Even when it takes an hour and we walk through your entire process in it. We do not invoice for thinking along. The clock only starts once we actually get to work.
-
You get an honest number
No range from ten to a hundred thousand. We say roughly where it lands and where the uncertainty sits, and if we cannot estimate it yet we explain what we would need to know first.
-
No is an answer too
If an existing package would do the job, or if we think your plan is unwise, you hear that straight away. It costs us a job now and then, and it wins us clients more often.
Something down? Then the phone.
When something is broken the phone beats any form. Existing clients take priority over everything else on the schedule.
-
Call the main number
Outside office hours as well. If your SLA covers evenings or weekends, use the number we gave you; that one rings a phone directly.
-
Say what stopped working
Not what you think the cause is, but what people can no longer do. That lets us judge how bad it is and who needs to be on it.
-
You hear what it is
We report what is going on, what we are doing about it and when the next update comes. Including when that update is that we are still in the middle of it.
Questions that come up beforehand.
If your question is not here, ask it above. You usually have an answer the same day.
Book a callI do not know exactly what I want yet. Is getting in touch useful?
Especially then. Most conversations start with a problem, not a solution. We ask a few questions about how things run now, and that usually settles whether software should be involved at all and which part comes first.
Do you work outside Rotterdam?
Yes, we work across the country and for a few clients beyond it. We like to come to you for the first meeting; after that most of it runs over video, with a few times a year around a table. Our servers and our office stay right here.
What does a conversation cost?
Nothing. Not even when we spend an afternoon watching how the work actually goes. Only once we start building or investigating do we send a quote, and you know that quote in advance.
How soon can you start?
For small things usually within a week or two. For a new platform it depends on the schedule; we tell you honestly when there is room rather than stringing you along with a start date we will not make.
Can I get in touch about software someone else built?
Certainly. That is a large part of our work. We look at what is there and whether it is worth saving, and only then talk about taking it over, fixing it up or rebuilding.
What happens to the details I leave here?
They go into our own system on our own server in Rotterdam. We use them to get back to your question and for nothing else. No newsletter, no selling on, and we remove them on request.
